2.3 Payment Terms. Payment for services is due according to the milestones outlined in the project contract. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly surcharge. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2.4 Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of all deliverables produced under the project contract. HorizonShapeWorks retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.5 Limitation of Liability. HorizonShapeWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

2.6 Termination. Either party may terminate a project contract with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
